About the role
We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to own platform and API products. You are comfortable in deep technical conversations and translate them into a clear roadmap.
You will sit at the center of customer insight, business priorities, design craft, and engineering delivery. The work is highly cross-functional: you will turn ambiguous opportunities into clear bets, keep teams aligned around outcomes, and make sure each release teaches us something useful.
In this Technical Product Manager role, you will have real ownership rather than a narrow task list. You will be expected to understand the problem, communicate trade-offs clearly, make good decisions with incomplete information, and follow through until the work is shipped, adopted, and improved.
This is a remote - global position designed for people who do excellent work without needing an office to do it. We value clear writing, reliable follow-through, inclusive collaboration, and the ability to work across time zones with context, trust, and respect.

- Bridge engineering depth and product clarity for technical stakeholders
- Own a product area end to end: discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Translate customer insight and data into a crisp, prioritized set of bets
- Write clear specs and success metrics, and rally engineering and design around them
- Run tight feedback loops with users and stakeholders and ship iteratively
- Define and track the metrics that prove your work moved the business
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated ownership of products or features that shipped and grew
- Fluency with quantitative and qualitative research to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and the ability to align cross-functional teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action

- Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or community-driven products
- Technical background or comfort working closely with engineers
- History of building inclusive products for diverse audiences
