About the role
We need an SEO Manager to grow organic traffic that converts. You will own technical SEO, content strategy, and the analytics that prove growth.
You will help more people understand what Rutylis stands for and why our work matters. The role combines strategy, storytelling, experimentation, and measurement, with a strong emphasis on authentic communication rather than generic growth tactics.
In this SEO Manager role, you will have real ownership rather than a narrow task list. You will be expected to understand the problem, communicate trade-offs clearly, make good decisions with incomplete information, and follow through until the work is shipped, adopted, and improved.
