About the role
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will lead planning and analysis for key areas, partner with leaders, and shape financial strategy.
You will bring structure, clarity, and operational discipline to decisions that affect the whole business. The work is analytical and cross-functional, turning complex numbers or processes into practical recommendations that help Rutylis scale responsibly.
In this Senior Financial Analyst role, you will have real ownership rather than a narrow task list. You will be expected to understand the problem, communicate trade-offs clearly, make good decisions with incomplete information, and follow through until the work is shipped, adopted, and improved.
